When repiping makes sense
Galvanized steel narrows with rust and minerals. Once leaks start repeating, patching stops making sense.
A partial repipe targets the worst runs; a whole-house repipe replaces all of them.
PEX or copper
PEX is flexible and needs fewer openings; copper is rigid and long-lived.
The process
We route new lines, add shutoffs, test, and patch access openings.
Water-off windows are planned with you.
Planning around your household
We map which rooms lose water and when, so kitchens and at least one bath stay usable as much as possible.
Furniture near access points should be moved, and we cover floors along our work path.
