What a tank needs
Tank heaters collect sediment, and their valves and fittings wear with age. Most problems trace back to one of those parts.
Regular flushing keeps sediment from baking onto the tank floor.
Our diagnosis
We check the burner, pilot, thermocouple, venting, valves and connections to find why the heater is misbehaving.
Repairs we make
Drain valves, relief valves and corroded connectors are replaced on the existing heater.
We test the heater before we leave.
Gas, electric and what to send us
Gas tanks are about burners, pilots and venting; electric tanks are about elements and thermostats. A photo of the rating plate on the side tells us which, plus the capacity and age.
Add a short video if the heater is making noise. Rumbles, pops and hisses each point somewhere different.
Quick answers
How do I know the tank needs flushing?
Rumbling or popping sounds and slow recovery.
Do you fix electric heaters?
Yes, including elements and thermostats.
